What We Machine

We machine rigid graphite insulation boards and faced laminates—flat or contoured—then finish, label, and kit by position. The result is faster builds, fewer air leaks, and spares that drop in without rework.

Material We Work With
Designed for heat, wear, and dimensional stability
Start with our uniform GRI rigid board, then add the face that meets your requiremnets: impact resistance, gas barrier, or lower radiative loss. We’ll machine single- or double-faced stacks and assemble them to print.
- GRI (base board): low thermal conductivity, uniform, low ash; anti-dust option available
- GRI-C / GRI-CC: carbon composite-faced for abrasion/impact resistance and longer service life
- GRI-G / GRI-GG: graphite foil-faced for superior gas barrier and minimized radiative heat loss
- Thermshield and GRI/Thermshield: added structural stability and wear resistance for harsh cycles. Typical applications: brazing, sintering, annealing, hardening; vacuum or inert atmospheres.
