Material We Work With
Designed for heat, wear, and dimensional stability
Start with our uniform GRI rigid board, then choose the facing that meets your requirements: impact resistance, gas barrier, or radiation loss. We machine single or double-faced stacks and assemble them to drawing.
- GRI (base board): low thermal conductivity, uniform, low ash; anti-dust option available
- GRI-C / GRI-CC: carbon composite coated for abrasion/impact resistance and longer service life
- GRI-G / GRI-GG: graphite foil coated for improved gas containment and reduced radiated heat loss
- Thermshield and GRI/Thermshield: additional structural stability and wear resistance for severe cycles. Typical applications: brazing, sintering, annealing, hardening; vacuum or inert atmospheres.
