How We Machine

Graphite is machined differently. We use tooling built specifically for EDM graphite to maintain edge integrity, control corner radii, and hold square in tall sections, reducing touch-up work before EDM.

We select from a globally recognized family of EDM graphite grades—including an ultra-fine 5 µm grade for detail finishing—so you can balance detail, wear, and throughput across roughing and finishing passes.

  • General finishing: fine grain for stable detail and good wear

Quality, Documentation, and Support

Every order goes through a preventive quality program. Shipments include clear IDs and lot traceability with the respective grade; upon request we provide first-article checks and measurement reports for electrode length, square/parallelism, and controlled surface finish. We serialize and assemble by operation to your equipment standard, include Certificates of Conformance when required, and use graphite-specific packaging that protects edges and surfaces.
