How We Machine
Repeatable geometry, clean edges, less benching
Graphite cuts differently. We use toolpaths and tooling built for EDM graphite to maintain edge integrity, control corner radii, and hold squareness on tall sections, reducing touch-up before the burn.

We select from a globally recognized family of EDM graphite grades—including a very fine 5 µm grain for close-detail finishing—so you can balance detail, wear, and increased capacity across roughing and finishing passes.
- Close-detail finishing: very fine grain (≈5 µm) for thin cross-sections and smooth surfaces
- General finishing: fine grain for stable detail and good wear
- Roughing: tougher grades sized for high removal rates and durability.

Quality, Documentation, and Support
Every order runs through a preemptive quality program. Shipments include clear IDs and lot traceability to the base grade; on request we provide first-article checks and measurement reports for electrode length, squareness/parallelism, key datum features, and controlled surface finish. We serialize and kit by operation to your fixture standard (3R/EROWA/custom), include Certificates of Conformance when needed, and use graphite-managed packaging that protects edges and seating faces for a clean setup.
