MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The manufacturing process for special graphite is represented by the simplified diagram above. Although the process varies slightly depending on the type of graphite produced — mainly in terms of grain size, formulation, and temperature conditions at each stage — they can be divided into: molded (PDF and PDF-N), extruded (PF, PFR, PFR-N), and isotropic (PFI-15, PFI-25, PFI-35). There are also our carbon-graphites, which differ by a significant change in the graphitization process, and can be divided into: molded, extruded, and isostatic.
